Howdy everybody,
I’m Jarene Chuang, a property advisor from Singapore.
I started this blog, with the intent to inform my buyers and sellers about the what’s-going-on in the Singapore Property Market - prices, trends and happenings in Singapore, and occasionally news about the international property market. It seems like everywhere I go, everyone is talking about real estate!
I am a realtor from Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) Pte Ltd since 2003. I am in this industry is because I have the fullest intention to be your partner in building your assets. That is where I get my satisfaction from!
Currently, I focus mainly in the selling, buying and rental of HDB flats in Ang Mo Kio (www.angmokioproperty.wordpress.com) and Toa Payoh, and Condominiums in the East Coast Area (District 15/ 16) (www.eastcoastproperty.wordpress.com) and Orchard and Newton areas in District 9 and 10. With my intensive real estate experience, I consider myself to be advisors to my clients and friends.
Here are some questions often asked by my clients regarding this blog. I shall put them up here so that I can answer them.
1. Why do you use a blog when most agents are using a website?
I do have a website at www.singapore-property-for-sale.com. This is where I post all my properties for sale. However, I find that a blog is more personalized and I can have direct interaction with my clients. Secondly, I can update my blogs daily so that my information stays ”fresh”. My clients will have the first hand information from me. I always believe that a well-informed client makes a better decision. Also, by using a blog, once a month, I can email to my clients on the analysis of the Singapore property market. So, it is definitely very useful for my clients.
2. What are your services?
Besides helping my clients sell their property at the highest possible price, ensuring that buyers get their dream homes, and investors get their best deal properties, I ensure that all the transactions through me will be a smooth transaction.
But most importantly, I always have my clients’ best interest at heart. More than often, I give practical advice to my clients to ensure that they’ve made the best decisions in their situation. To me, there is no such thing as a good time to buy or sell any property. Rather, the question everyone should ponder is: how can I make the best out of my situation? Everything depends on your needs, your requirements and your situation at that point of sale. During a property boom, no matter how expensive a property is, if the seller has already sold his home, he has to buy a new home, isn’t it?
