Perhaps you shouldn’t have switched to

the smooth talking agent

who told you to buy this property,

when the 1st one told you frankly

that you should not buy this property 

when it is beyond your budget.

 

Perhaps you shouldn’t have switched agents,

when the 1st agent told you not to buy this property,

no matter how cheap it was,

because it is not rentable.

 

Perhaps you should have read Donald Trump’s book

and realized that this millionaire

do not recommend selling one’s property himself

and he prefers to have a great agent working for him

at all times.
